Here is a teacher effectively teaching about teaching.

In a few minutes she brought together various ideas others said taking much longer.

This is one of the mega paradigm shifts that will ripple out and eventually impact much of the field of education.

It will take many years to wear down the impacted resistance but this will win in the end.
