I Recommend the Habit of Writing in a Journal



This habit has been helping me since August 2008.
I have filled 22 legal pads.
I write soon after I wake.
I first dump my thoughts then I express my feelings.
This paves the way to the hopes and vision for the future.
I do not write every day but most days.
I use the system recommended by Julia Cameron.
She has advocated three pages a day hand written.
