Hello, Liz - and a very warm welcome to the Ethos online community. It's great to welcome you. I've just popped over to your blog, and found some really useful suggestions (such as chewing gum to help relieve a confirmed jaw clencher, a great tip!). Please make yourself feel at home, and, we also encourage cross-posting (with links back to your original, and you can include a bit of a profile) anything that can help, or interfere, with learning would be of great interest to the community. This might include, but not be limited to, anything to do with memory, neuroscience, stress, human development, nutrition, and exercise...a perfect example would be your post 6 Favors You Can Do for Your Amazing Brain! :-)

Very much looking forward to your contributions. All the best. Hazel :-)
